User Agreement

This agreement supplements the terms between you and simpic regarding app use, permission authorization, and photo actions.

1. Scope

simpic is a local photo organizing tool. By downloading, installing, opening, or using simpic, you confirm that you have read and agree to this User Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.

2. Authorization and Permissions

You can choose to grant access to all photos, selected photos, or no photos. simpic displays and processes photos only within the scope you authorize. You can change permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

3. Photo Organizing and Deletion Actions

  • States such as keep, pending delete, and organized help you manage photos and are not automatically uploaded.
  • Creating albums, adding photos to albums, and deleting photos are performed through Apple Photos system APIs.
  • Before deleting photos, carefully review in-app prompts and the iOS system confirmation prompt.
  • If photos are synced with iCloud, deletion may affect other devices using the same Apple ID.

4. Local Records and Device Changes

Organizing state and preferences are stored on the current device by default. Deleting the app, erasing device data, or changing devices may cause these local records to be lost. simpic is not a photo backup or organizing-record cloud sync service.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not reverse engineer, disrupt, attack, bypass platform restrictions, or use simpic to process photos, videos, or other content that you do not have the right to process.

6. Termination

You may stop using and delete the app at any time. If you violate this agreement or applicable law, we may stop providing support or services to the extent permitted by law.
