Terms of Service
By using simpic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
1. Acceptance
These terms apply when you download, access, or use simpic. We may update the terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
2. Service Description
simpic provides local photo organizing tools, including photo browsing, review, keeping, adding to albums, marking for deletion, possible duplicate review, and system photo deletion actions. simpic is not a cloud backup service and does not promise recovery of photos that have been permanently deleted by the system.
3. User Responsibilities
- You should confirm that you have the right to manage the photos and videos on the device.
- You should back up important photos before deleting them.
- You may not use simpic for illegal, infringing, or system-security-bypassing activity.
4. Photo Deletion and System Confirmation
Pending delete in simpic is a local organizing state. Actual deletion from the system photo library is performed only after iOS displays a system confirmation prompt and you confirm. After confirmation, photos may move to Recently Deleted or be removed according to system rules. For iCloud Photos, deletion may sync to other devices using the same Apple ID.
5. Availability and Changes
We try to keep the app working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. iOS, iCloud, photo library permissions, and device conditions may affect availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the experience, comply with law, or meet platform requirements.
6. Intellectual Property
simpic's name, interface, code, icons, and related content belong to the developer or respective rights holders. You retain all rights to your photos and videos.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, simpic is provided as is. We are not responsible beyond legally required obligations for data loss caused by user mistakes, system permissions, iCloud sync, device failure, or lack of backup.
