Privacy Choices

simpic does not provide an account system and does not upload photos to our servers. Your primary privacy controls are iOS photo permissions and local app settings.

1. Manage Photo Access

  1. Open iOS Settings.
  2. Go to Privacy & Security > Photos > simpic.
  3. Choose All Photos, Selected Photos, or None.

If you choose Selected Photos, simpic can only organize the photos you authorize.

2. Manage Local Organizing Records

simpic stores organizing state and preferences on your device to show progress, pending deletes, and settings. Deleting the app removes this local data. Photos in the system photo library are not deleted when you delete the app.

3. Control iCloud Original Downloads

In simpic's Me > Settings screen, you can turn off automatic iCloud original downloads. When turned off, the system photo library may still request needed resources only when you actively trigger related operations.

4. Support Information

If you contact support through the feedback center, we use the contact details and issue description you provide to respond. To request access, deletion, or correction of support information, submit a request through the feedback center.

5. App Store Privacy Label Guidance

Based on the current code and this policy, simpic does not upload photos, include advertising or analytics SDKs, or track users. App Store Connect privacy answers must match the exact submitted build. If future releases add accounts, cloud sync, analytics, crash reporting, or ads, reassess and update the privacy label.
